At Antleron, we design and develop hybrid bioprocess solutions to enable faster, more affordable, and more equitable delivery of cell and gene therapies to patients. Risk-Based Bioprocess Development

Our process development package is rooted in the Quality-by-Design methodology. QbD enables our team of multidisciplinary specialists to take all process aspects into consideration: quality, process, materials and Target Product Profile. Any QbD-enabled bioprocess we have developed, supports ATMP manufacturing upscaling.

We develop fully closed bioprocesses which can be monitored online. Automation is extremely useful especially since we measure parameters inline and steer the process without operator intervention. This increases bioprocess robustness and efficiency. The use of scaled models allow us to evaluate bioprocesses more extensively, flexibly and affordably. More complete bioprocess data sets allow for making solid science-based decisions and reducing the required number of costly full-scale experiments.

Fixed Bed Bioreactors

We develop unique bioreactors offering geometrically customized and controlled fixed bed structures, resulting in better cell distribution, and thus higher and more consistent product yields. We use a set of proprietary tools and methodologies to create fixed bed bioreactor solutions customized towards cell type, application and target system. These customized bioreactors are the core of Antleron's CellGuide® platform.
