"Digital Model-Driven Cell & Gene Therapy Process Development," authored by Antleron Fellows and our colleagues from Novasign, in collaboration with the Biovism lab at Ghent University, was published in Biotechnology and Bioengineering.

This paper demonstrates how a digitally enabled multi-objective optimization framework offers novel, accelerated process development strategies. In short, we demonstrate:
- 80% reduction in process development time
- 60% reduction in process development costs
- Up to 40% improvement across investigated process parameters
Cell therapy process development traditionally relies heavily on physical experimentation and is time consuming and expensive. However, our research shows the feasibility and added value of digital models in optimizing cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
